ChatFolder does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

DATA STORED LOCALLY
The following is saved on your device only using chrome.storage.local:
- Folder names and emoji icons you create
- Tag names and colours you create
- Which folder each chat is assigned to
- Which tags each chat has
None of this data leaves your device.

WHAT WE READ FROM CHATGPT
The extension reads only conversation titles visible in ChatGPT's sidebar. It does not read message content, account credentials, payment information, or any private data.

PAYMENTS
Pro plan payments are processed by Stripe. ChatFolder never stores or sees your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment processing.

THIRD PARTIES
No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included in the extension. No data is shared with any third party under any circumstances.

CHANGES
We may update this policy as the extension evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
